Property Agency & Due Diligence While we take rigorous steps to verify the titles of properties listed for sale or lease (including verification with AGIS where applicable), prospective buyers are advised to conduct their own independent legal due diligence. Aadum and Company acts as a professional intermediary and is not liable for undisclosed defects in properties owned by third parties.

5. Professional Fees Our fees are guided by the Scale of Professional Charges as approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria for the Estate Surveying and Valuation profession. Specific fee quotes provided via the website are estimates and are subject to formal confirmation following a preliminary site inspection or document review.
